Organisational Rescue

Key Insights can provide short to medium term management resources to community based organisations in crisis or under great stress. These services are usually provided on a full-time short term basis on site to assist organisations through difficult periods.

“On an extremely short timeframe (less than one week), Key Insights was able to respond to an urgent request from the Hunter Business Centre Board. The HBC was left without a General Manager following a sudden resignation. Key Insights was able to provide an Interim General Manager who very competently and professionally took over the reigns until a new GM was recruited. This was conducted seamlessly and without any disruption to our service, our customers and to the HBC staff.
